Who we are

NIGHT RIP is a a sole trader selling factory-sealed trading card game product to customers in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@nightrip.co.uk for any question about these terms or an order.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Riot Games, Pocketpair or any other rights holder; all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We sell genuine sealed product sourced through UK-authorised distribution.

Ordering and acceptance

When you place an order and complete payment, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email; until then we may decline or cancel the order — for example if the product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent or for resale in breach of these terms.

The moment you begin the payment step, the exact stock you are buying is reserved for you for 30 minutes with a visible countdown. If you do not complete payment within that window the reservation is released automatically and no charge is made.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final retail price payable. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged or shown separately; this may change if we register in future.

We take care to price every product correctly, but errors can happen. If we discover that a product has been listed at an incorrect price before your order is accepted, we will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel; we will never charge the higher price without your agreement.

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.

Per-customer limits

To keep sealed stock fair and available to as many collectors as possible, we may limit the quantity of any product a single customer can buy. Where a limit applies it is shown on the product and enforced at checkout. We may cancel and refund orders that appear to breach these limits or that are placed for commercial resale.

Age

Our products are collectible card games with no age restriction in law, but this site and the checkout are intended for use by adults. If you are under 18, please use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and is responsible for payment.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery charges, dispatch timescales, your statutory right to cancel and our returns policy are set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and not for anything unforeseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may instead bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the one published on this page at the time you ordered. This page was last updated on 2026-07-24.
